I am sorry to report that I have had to return the Augen Gen-touch78 that I purchased last week on the next day I bought it. At first I fell in love with the device but about a half hour into exploring it while watching a You tube video it overheated and crashed with all of my email information in it. I understand as does many devices I expected more paying $169.99. I really liked it and wonder if it had anything to do with the default software and if this has happened before. I would be willing to give it another try because there is one more left at the place of purchase and if you can help prevent this from happening.

I bought the AUGENTOUCH 2.1, it works fine the internet, fast, emails ok, but i can’t download an ebook file, what is the format? . the instruction book is useless, very few pages, maybe was written for guys with more knowledge than me, very bad instructions in my opinion. If anybody knows how to resolve it? otherwise i will return it to K-Mart. Thanks.
